Excellent location, quirky decor, spacious room, helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast.

Although it's in a bustling area, it's on a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful stay. The vintage objects used in decoration add to the hotel's charming ambiance.

Some guests mention that the room cleaning service could use some improvement.

The rooms were well-maintained and provided ample space for my belongings. The staff members were always ready to assist and had a cute attitude. the hotel's location was a major advantage. It was conveniently situated within walking distance of all major attractions, making it easy for me to explore the city without the need for transportation.

The street noise from the nearby restaurants was quite disruptive, especially during the holiday season.

The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful rooftop breakfast area with amazing views. The rooms were very clean and well decorated with well-functioning amenities.

We enjoyed the warm and friendly staff at Pao de Acucar who offered great travel tips. The location was excellent and we loved having breakfast on the open terrace. Although our room was fairly large, it was a little too dark for our liking.
